What's useful to include
- Bug reports: browser + OS, the steps that triggered it, and what you expected to happen. If a specific date or trip pattern caused wrong output, paste the dates so we can reproduce.
- Feature requests: describe the situation you're trying to plan for — specific scenarios are far more useful than abstract feature lists.
- Privacy / data requests: put "Privacy" in the subject line. See the privacy policy for the rights you have.
Response times
This is a personal project. Replies usually come within a few days but may take up to two weeks during busy periods. No SLA, but every message gets read.
