Options

Dark theme: add ?theme=dark to the end of the src address, for example https://schengencounter.com/embed/?theme=dark.
Size: the widget is responsive up to about 460 pixels wide. A height of 420 pixels fits two trips without scrolling; make it taller if you expect longer trip lists.

What the widget does

Readers enter the dates of their Schengen trips and a date to check. The widget counts how many of the 90 allowed days are used inside the rolling 180-day window, shows how many are left, and gives the earliest legal re-entry date if the limit has been reached. The logic is the same as the main Schengen calculator, and the rule is explained in how the 90/180 rule works.

Privacy and what we load

The calculation runs inside the reader's browser. Dates are never sent to a server and are not stored.
The widget page loads no analytics, no ads, no fonts from third parties and no cookies.
The only outbound link is "Open the full calculator", which the reader chooses to click. It carries a utm_source=embed tag and your site's hostname, so we can see which embeds are worth keeping.

Terms

Free to use on any site, commercial or not. Please do not remove the credit link, do not alter the widget to hide that it comes from Schengen Counter, and do not use it to collect readers' dates.
